We aim to make the site accessible to all visitors, including those with disabilities. All pages on this site have been designed to comply with level AA of the World Wide Web Consortium's (W3C) accessibility guidelines.

Accessibility overview
The "tab" key can be used to move between links, with the active link being highlighted. Each time you land on another link, which can be activated by pressing "return" or "enter".
The "backspace" or "back delete" keys will return you to the previous page you visited. Use the arrow keys to scroll up and down the screen.
We have also provided keyboard shortcuts, or access keys, to the most commonly used areas of the site to enable easier navigation without a mouse.
Microsoft Internet Explorer
Press "alt" + any access key to highlight the access key link. Press "return" or "enter" to go to the link location.
Mozilla Firefox
Press "alt" + any access key to go directly to that location.
Opera
Press "shift" + "esc" to toggle HTML access keys. The press any one of the access keys to go to that location.
