Permanent Exhibitions
Science & Information Centre
The result of a successful tender bid by Glass Shed and funded by Nuclear Electric, this Science and Information Centre was built in Flambards, Cornwall's largest theme park village and one of their most popular holiday attractions. The brief was to build a permanent exhibit in the education section of the park, to help inform the public in an entertaining way about the history of electricity and how nuclear electric have contributed to its evolution. The exhibit was desigend to appeal to a broad spectrum of age groups and had interactive elements built in.

The Royal Logistic Corps
As a recomendation to the Royal Logisituc Corps from another satisfed client , Glass Shed were asked to design, build and project manage this permanent exhibit feature based at their museum in Deepcut. The brief was to design a new entrance and rendezvous point leading into the main museum. As well as incoprorating their bold regiment colours the design had to be an 'exciting and contemporary' lead in to the main body of exhibits. The area included an information point with site map and a timeline of events featuring the Royal Logistic Corps' provenance and relevance to British forces history. The exhibit also had to accommodate the display of very valuable and fragile items which have to be protected from moisture and UV light. these elements were built into the design. As shown in the original design rendering below, this was a complex project with many key elements to accommodate.
