While we love the creative process of designing bespoke exhibition stands and are experts in construction and building services, we also have all the logistical side of the exhibition stand business covered too. No matter how beautifully executed a design, if all the component parts aren’t in place and your exhibition stand doesn’t get delivered and installed on time, then we’ve failed in our responsibilities.

Managing the professional and timely completion of your latest project requires a first-class logistical infrastructure. At Glass Shed, we have years of combined experience ensuring that our stands are always delivered and ready exactly when you need them. In fact, we pride ourselves on maintaining a stellar track record in this respect and that in no small part is down to our understanding of just how vital project management and logistics are to our overall client service proposition.

No matter how big or small a stand we’ve designed for you, we ensure that it is seamlessly and safely delivered to your exhibition centre location. As part of our fully integrated service, we can arrange for all elements of your stand to be securely shipped, ensuring they are adequately protected during transit. Whether you need a large trailer a 7.5-tonne lorry, a Luton van, transit van or final elements that need to be delivered by motorcycle, we have access to a fleet of vehicles and competent fully insured drivers whose job it is to ensure that your stand arrives safely. Just as importantly, they also carefully unload all the components of your stand as quickly and efficiently as possible so that the build team can meet their deadlines. It’s a well-oiled machine and that’s all down to the fact that we never underestimate the importance of logistics.

Once we’ve safely shipped your stand to its final location, our team of knowledgeable and experienced technicians, engineers and builders then get to work assembling your beautiful bespoke Glass Shed exhibition stand. Our skilled team of craftsmen come from a variety of professional backgrounds and include carpenters, electricians, carpet fitters, AV-IT experts as well as graphics technicians. Everything we build is assigned its own dedicated Project Manager and it’s their number one priority to see to it that your project runs smoothly from initial inception, through to design, production, installation and of course, final takedown.

Here at Glass Shed, we are absolutely committed to providing a safe working environment no matter whether we are working on designs in the office or on-site working on an installation. We believe that it’s crucial to adhere to safe working practices and we are equally committed to improving our environmental performance, ensuring wherever possible that we build stands which are responsibly produced and can be reused or recycled wherever possible.
