Once you’ve undergone the initial consultancy phase and you’ve signed off and agreed on your new exhibition stand designs, it’s time to move on to the build of your stand. More importantly though, this is where our industry recognised project management skills come into the fore.

The most creative designs and ambitious builds will fall flat on their face if they’re not expertly executed and meticulously project managed. Even basic stands can suffer unwanted pitfalls in their final build and installation if the process hasn’t been expertly managed.

Luckily at Glass Shed Exhibition Stand Design London, we have a crack team of professional project managers who love nothing more than updating a spreadsheet and keeping on top of all the critical logistical elements of your installation. Better still, our Managing Director, Steve, takes this element of the service personally and he oversees a team of project managers ensuring that you have as stress-free an experience as possible. We like to think that it’s this level of customer service and attention to detail that sets up apart for the competition and its why we’re proud to be able to say that we have clients come back to us show after show and year after year.

Having clocked up over thirty years in the exhibition stand business, Steve is every bit as passionate about the industry today as he was starting out. Back then, he might not have had access to the sophisticated project management tools that the company benefits from utilising today, but he always knew how to write and tick off a comprehensive checklist! Steve loves being hands-on in the business and taking care of the nitty-gritty, freeing up clients to focus on what they do best. It’s this personal and detail orientated approach to your Exhibition Stand Project Management that really sets the Glass Shed service apart.

Your dedicated project management team is there to liaise with you every step of the way taking care of all your exhibition services from AV, through design, build, graphics, internet connection and kitchen facilities.

Once your designs are approved and the budget has been signed off, all the finer detail begins to happen and this is where our logistical and organisational skills really come into play. Whether that’s coordinating with the event organisers regarding site access, dealing with power and other utility suppliers required on the stand or hiring specialist equipment just as forklift trucks. We really sweat the small stuff and are stickers for those detail.  From graphics to rigging, furniture to hospitality, we have a solution in place for everything and are well equipped to take care of every detail for you.

We aim to be approachable and helpful throughout this intricate project management phase and are always at your disposal to answer any queries you might have about how the build is proceeding. Regardless of how simple or complex your project with us might be, you can always be sure of our full attention.

Managing your expectations as well as your exhibition services.

As part of our hands-on approach to project management, we’re happy for you to be as involved as little or as much as you feel appropriate. While we are a safe and trusted pair of hands and are certainly at home being left entirely to our own devices, we are delighted for clients to attend pre-production meetings and to come along and be part of subsequent site visits. Whatever management style you prefer, we are happy to adapt our own working practices to ensure that we deliver your personal needs. If you want to pick up a paintbrush and give your stand that last lick of paint or fluff the cushions on your exhibition stand sofa, please be our guest!
